Ceramic artist Ömür Tokgöz was awarded the Jury Honor Award in the 3rd International Silicone Arts Triennial held in Hungary and also received the Honor Award from the 9th International Mino Ceramic Contest in Japan. Tokgöz uses porcelain in his works because he wants to work on light and shadow, creating semi-transparent objects from this material.
